Doing an award in a long time. Its time for the Starlight Blogger Award nominated by Hasmeet. Thankyou my dear, good to do an award after a long break 🙂 Well, what can I say about Hasmeet? I really love her writing style, she puts a lot of <3 into it and that’s how the words come out just right 🙂 🙂 🙂
She is easily my ‘candy girl of writing’ of the whole lot of my followers 🙂 🙂

Hasmeet had the following questions for me :-
(a) What is the best quality of yours?
Ans. My best quality? Interesting that you asked..I’ve never really given it a thought.. I’m not really quality stuff material, but good in a few things..like A good communicator, I am a good listener, honest..
🙂 Hasmeet, you’ve really made me think on this one… 🙂 Good One!
(b) Which country would you like to visit and why?
Country..I’ve heard really good things about Switzerland..Mount Titlis, Zurich, the Swiss Alps among others (would love to visit)..and the fact that there is snow there, wow!! People say, it’s really really expensive there, even for a
holiday..so that would remain a dream I guess 🙁 I would need to either find a swiss wife or a very kind Indian GodFather to think of holidaying in Switzerland ;)
(c) What is that one thing/habit that you hate (in general)?
2 things actually, Alcohol and Smoking. I can’t stand it. I absolutely detest it. I’ve even told myself, in my partner/Wife..she has to be as far as possible from both Alcohol and Smoking, else I can’t even think of marrying such a woman. I know that’s gonna be a big task to find, but I know there’s one such person whose looking for the same in her male counterpart..and when we meet, sparks are gonna fly! 🙂 I do dramatize a lot..don’t I? 😉
(d) The one person who inspires you the most?
My dad, without a doubt. The fact that his journey has not been a piece of cake and the compromises he had to make to getting to the top (Now, Retired Bank Manager), is commendable and to remain his humble self his whole life till this point..wow! I really don’t know how he does it. He isn’t a millionaire or multi-millionaire by any standards but a simple man whose come a long way from his humble beginnings. He’s really sweet. Most of my girl friends, who’ve met him (friends who are girls 🙂 ) absolutely adore him 🙂 and when I tell him that, he just smiles 🙂
(e) The best thing about growing up?
It really shouldn’t happen.. 🙁 growing up isn’t good..life’s so good when we’re tiny and small 🙂 …think of it, all that growing up stuff is about gaining experience, learning how to deal with people etc etc..which is all a bunch of crap!
In Joey Tribbiani’s words (F.R.I.E.N.D.S) “Why God Why are you doing this to us?” lol
..so next step..my nominations
- Prajakta 2. Janani 3. Fluffy 🙂 4. Akanksha 5. Aaayusi (I put that extra ‘a) 😉 I’d like my friend Hasmeet to do this award too ( I know it would be repetition, but am so curious about your answers 🙂 )
…and my questions :
- What is your biggest accomplishment on your blog so far and why?
- What is your favorite topic to write about?
- What is something about you that would surprise someone? (This is interesting to know..)
- What is/ has been your biggest dream?
