It is by God’s choice, we are among the million chosen ones, to be be born and be privileged to live a life on Earth. But then if it was God’s will for us to be born and have a life here on earth, why do ‘we’ feel we’re not good enough to accept his gift and live according to his plan?
A classic case of “the spirit is willing, but the flesh is weak” I suppose? which translates to the modern equivalent of I would if I could but I can’t, because we believe we’re just not good enough!
We have these great ideas in our minds – but do we all have the persistence to peruse and chase them? May be some of us do (for a while..and wither away) while others believe in letting life take its own course. Whichever way it may be, let it be in accordance to what God has in store for us.
Life is a challenge when we decide that God is in-charge of my life.. and why not? The Bible is full of stories of people having to wait on God, such as Noah, Abraham, Moses, Joseph, David and countless others. HE probably has a damn good reason for making us wait too, and he does want to use us in the best way possible, because he knows that we are GOOD ENOUGH for him.
How long do we wait?
How long should we wait?
Is the wait going to be forever?
And yes.. go to a mirror right now, look at yourself and say the words:
I AM GOOD ENOUGH and I KNOW MY WORTH (and then add tax)
What!!?? Everything is taxable nowadays 😜😉
11 For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.
P.S: Sometimes I do feel blessed having started this blog, I can truly write what I feel (straight from the heart) its difficult saying it otherwise 😀
