‘From the Heart’

20180724_1938052The ‘From the heart Award’ – the latest award doing the rounds on WordPress. I thought I’d try it out and besides, its probably the most apt award for my kind of blog.

Normally for awards, someone needs to nominate you and you accept. Since I’ve not been nominated (I don’t take up many challenges/awards) – I thought I’d do something like this for a change. How’s that!?

This award goes to bloggers who primarily focus on personal writing or posts reflecting their personal lives. These posts are often from the writer to the world at large, or from the writer to the writer themselves..

What can I say, I love writing and its nothing like writing from the heart. All through school and college we were taught to look into text books and write from there, Assignments were done writing by looking into encyclopedias and the Internet. We were never “really” taught how to write from the heart.. but I guess when you have innumerable number of experiences in your life, writing just happens, coz eventually you’d run out of words to talk, writing takes over from there! At least that’s how I think writing happened to me. I do still talk but I prefer writing more.

You’ll find a little of ‘me’ in every post I write.. that’s because I believe, I am an interesting enough subject to start a blog on. Till date, I’ve managed to write 943 post (this being my 935th) pretty big number, and I am far from finished.

As I was scrolling back on the pages of my old posts, I just wondered to myself.. where on Earth did I find the mind to write something that I did, so below are some of the posts that made me smile… A Flashback.

Tell me which one (of the above) you think was the best. I personally love every single post that I have written (obviously) for every post has my heart put into it through thoughts, people and situations I have been part of or witnessed.
